Entrust Hänel with the responsibility to maintain the safety, reliability and longevity of your Hänel Lean-Lift® and Rotomat® system. Throughout Germany, Hänel service technicians are at your disposal within 24 hours if need be, on more than 300 days a year.

Hänel ESB package - the intelligent safety package

The intelligent safety package for enhanced availability of the Hänel lifts

Hänel storage systems work reliably and failure-free. Should a malfunction arise, however, the Hänel redundancy systems kick in.

Lean-Lifts® can be fitted with a second safety circuit, for example. This means that if the safety light barriers in the retrieval opening fail, it is still possible to continue operating the Lean-Lift® with the sliding door closed. The Hänel Lean-Lift® can also have the Hänel ESB (Expanded Safety Bypass) package integrated.

In the following cases the Hänel Lean-Lift® can continue to be operated safely and reliably until the Hänel service technician arrives

Preventive value-preserving maintenance check

To ensure trouble-free functioning of the mechanical and electrical equipment, Hänel offers an additional maintenance check at optimal terms. The Hänel maintenance check is the ideal complement to the safety inspection under EN 15095 and the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV), and is intended to preserve the value of your system.

Safety inspection

Safety inspection according to the Accident Prevention Regulation (VUV) Art. 32 b

The annual Hänel inspection ensures the technical safety of your system. The aim of this safety inspection is to check Hänel Lean-Lift® and Hänel Rotomat® systems to ensure their technical reliability and safety. 

This inspection includes a check of the entire mechanical and electrical equipment. The annual safety inspection and maintenance according to EN 15095 and the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) are prescribed by law.
